"Oh my gosh! I spent an entire day trying to get my daughters insurance renewed because the one she was given at the dealership - a random company I never heard of, didn't remind her it was going to expire. Her, being an adult but a new driver, other insurance companies wanted to much money down and a high monthly rate. They also had a 14 day waiting period!!! Some denied her because she has only been driving 6 months. We finally decided to ask if we could add her to our state Farm and they sat with me over the phone even after they closed down the office to get her set up the same day. Her payment is also cut in half! WOW This office did a great job and I am impressed with their services. We have had them for year and will continue moving forward."

"Absolutely phenomenal service by an amazing woman named Jessica! I was quite the problem customer - being that it was my first time getting motorcycle insurance, I had hours of questions and asked her to re-do my entire policy probably a dozen times by the end of things, and she took care of it all flawlessly. Talked me through every little thing, and treated me with the utmost respect. This office is filled with absolute professionals, especially Jess (can't shout her out enough, if you call the office ask for her - you won't be disappointed!), and if you're in the market for insurance, look no further. They truly care about doing what is best for you, and helping you with what YOU want - not what they want. Not to mention I shopped them against as many insurance companies as I could possibly think of and they still had the best rates, with even BETTER coverage than anyone else in my particular situation! So, to sum up that rant - I don't usually leave reviews, but Jess (again, ask for her!) truly impressed me. Some of the best customer service I've ever had - if you have any doubts, pick up the phone and chat with Jess for like two minutes - you'll understand why I had to write this."
